Toastmaster 3B84DT09 Freestanding Two Drawer Warmer, (2) 12" x 20" x 5" Pans, 100°F - 200°F, 120V Plug-In

The Toastmaster 3B84DT09 gives you two warming drawers on the countertop with nothing more than a standard 120V outlet. Being freestanding, it can move from the kitchen to a buffet or catering station and back, which makes it popular with caterers, hotel banquet teams and restaurants that need extra holding during the rush.

Each drawer takes a 12" x 20" pan 5" deep and comes with a removable deep-drawn stainless steel pan. Temperature adjusts from 100°F to 200°F on a hydraulic thermostat with an OFF position, and every drawer has its own moist/crisp control. The unit draws 900 W and 7.83 A through a factory-installed 3 ft cord with NEMA 5-15P plug.

• Ready on delivery. The factory cord and NEMA 5-15P plug mean no hard wiring; set it down and plug it in.
• Two drawers, two textures. Individual moist/crisp controls keep rolls soft in one drawer and fried items crisp in the other.
• Food safety you can see. A thermometer reads the coolest point inside, and the "safety zone" green marking on the dial guides staff.
• Heavy-duty drawer hardware. Third-member rails with 20 bearings per drawer and positive-action spring-loaded latches.
• Easy to level and clean under. 4" NSF approved adjustable legs are included; casters are available as an option.
