Toastmaster 3B84AT Built-In Two Drawer Warmer, Dual Thermostats, (2) 12" x 20" x 5" Pans, 100°F - 200°F
If your menu asks you to hold two very different foods at once, the Toastmaster 3B84AT is the two-drawer built-in warmer to choose. Unlike single-thermostat models, it gives each drawer its own thermostat, so you can keep proteins hotter in one drawer and bread or delicate sides gentler in the other. Caterers, buffets, hotel banquet lines and full-service restaurants get two independent holding cabinets in one built-in unit.
Each drawer accepts a 12" x 20" pan 5" deep and is furnished with a removable deep-drawn stainless steel pan. Both hydraulic thermostats adjust from 100°F to 200°F with an OFF position, and every drawer has its own moist/crisp control. Power is 900 W on 120V, or 850 W / 980 W on 208/240V.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Two temperatures, no compromise. Dual thermostats mean the drawer holding ribs does not have to run at the same setting as the drawer holding rolls.
- Humidity where you want it. Per-drawer moist/crisp knobs keep soft items soft and crisp items crisp.
- Easy to check. A thermometer reads the coolest spot inside, and the "safety zone" green on each dial guides staff to a safe setting.
- Built for constant use. Third-member rails with 20 bearings per drawer and spring-loaded latches keep drawers smooth and sealed.
- Neat and efficient. Six-side insulation holds heat in, and integrated trim gives a clean, built-in finish; wood fixtures are acceptable.
