The Toastmaster 3B20AT09 doubles your hot holding in a compact, square footprint. Two built-in drawers, each sized for a 16" x 16" pan, stack into a cabinet about 23 inches wide, a good match for steakhouses holding potatoes, barbecue and Mexican kitchens holding tortillas and meats, and buffets that need two batches ready at once.

Each drawer takes a 16" x 16" pan 5" deep and is furnished with a removable deep-drawn stainless steel pan. A single hydraulic thermostat sets the unit from 100°F to 200°F, and each drawer has its own moist/crisp control. It runs on 120V at 1,000 W and 8.33 A.

• Each drawer, its own humidity. Separate moist/crisp knobs let you keep one drawer soft and the other crisp.
