Toastmaster 3A80AT Built-In Single Drawer Warmer, 12" x 20" x 5" Pan, 100°F - 200°F, Moist/Crisp Control
Baked potatoes, ribs, rolls and vegetables all hold better when you control both heat and moisture. The Toastmaster 3A80AT is a single-drawer, built-in warmer that tucks into a cabinet or counter run under the pass or on a buffet line, keeping cooked food at a safe, thermometer-verified serving temperature without drying it out. It suits restaurants, banquet kitchens and caterers that want warm holding out of sight and off the counter.
The drawer takes a 12" x 20" steam pan 5" deep, and a removable deep-drawn stainless steel pan is furnished. A hydraulic thermostat sets anywhere from 100°F to 200°F, and a separate moist/crisp knob lets you dial in humidity for soft rolls or crisp fries. Power is 400 W on 120V, or 400 W / 540 W on 208/240V.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Moist or crisp, your call. The moisture control knob above the drawer adjusts the drawer climate to the food you are holding.
- A thermometer you can trust. It reads the coolest point inside the warmer, and the "safety zone" green marking on the thermostat helps staff keep product above the danger zone.
- Smooth, solid drawer action. A rugged third-member rail with 20 bearings and a positive-action spring-loaded latch keep the drawer gliding and closing tight.
- Holds heat efficiently. Insulation on all six sides, including the drawer front, keeps heat in the drawer rather than in the cabinet around it.
- Clean, built-in look. Integrated trim finishes the opening, and the unit may be installed in wood fixtures.
