The Toastmaster 3A20AT09 is a single-drawer built-in warmer sized for a 16" x 16" pan, a squarer footprint that suits cabinets and counter runs where a long 20-inch drawer will not fit. It is a tidy way for cafés, steakhouses and buffet lines to keep baked potatoes, rolls or vegetables hot and ready right where they are plated.

The drawer holds a 16" x 16" pan 5" deep and is furnished with a removable deep-drawn stainless steel pan. The hydraulic thermostat adjusts from 100°F to 200°F with an OFF position, and a moist/crisp knob sets the humidity. It runs on 120V, 450 W and 3.91 A.
