Made from 18/8 grade 304 stainless steel at true 24 gauge thickness — heavier than standard 25 gauge commercial pans — it provides superior durability and warping resistance under demanding kitchen conditions. The anti-jamming grooves prevent pans from sticking together when stacked. Three pans side by side span a full size steam table opening, and the 6-inch depth handles bulk soups, stews, sauces, and high-volume prepared food items.
