Made from 18/8 grade 304 stainless steel at true 24 gauge thickness — heavier and more durable than standard 25 gauge commercial pans — it stands up to the rigors of high-volume kitchen use with better resistance to warping and denting. The anti-jamming grooves along the rim prevent pans from locking together when stacked, and three third size pans fit side by side to fill a full size steam table opening.
