Crafted from 18/8 grade 304 stainless steel at true 24 gauge thickness, it provides a secure, heat-retaining seal over third size hotel pans, keeping food at proper holding temperatures and protected from contamination throughout the service period. Three third size covers can be used in combination to cover a full size steam table opening.
