The Thunder Group STPA5140C is a full-coverage solid stainless steel cover designed to fit quarter size steam table pans in commercial foodservice environments. Made from 18/8 grade 304 stainless steel at true 24 gauge thickness, it seals snugly over standard quarter size hotel pans to retain heat, prevent moisture loss, and protect food from contamination during holding service. Quarter size pans and covers are widely used for individual condiment stations, specialty sauces, and small-batch food items in buffets and steam tables.

Built to true commercial standards from genuine 304 stainless steel, the STPA5140C resists corrosion and withstands repeated dishwasher cycles for long-term durability in high-volume kitchens.
