Made from 18/8 grade 304 stainless steel at true 24 gauge thickness, the center slot allows ladles, spoons, and serving utensils to remain in the pan during active service, maintaining food holding temperatures and improving service flow. The two-thirds size configuration is ideal for bulk holding of proteins, soups, stews, and pastas where a full size pan is not required.
