With a 10-3/4" x 7-7/8" x 1" rectangular form, the large tray profile provides an impressive presentation surface for abundant teriyaki chicken, beef teriyaki, seafood teriyaki platters, and combination teriyaki dishes at Japanese restaurants, Japanese-American dining concepts, and Pan-Asian foodservice operations. The raised 1" edges help contain teriyaki glaze, sauces, and accompanying sides during service. The Blue Bamboo pattern delivers an authentic East Asian bamboo motif.
