Star SWBD Double Standard Waffle Baker, Two 7" Round Grids, Electronic Controls

The Star SWBD is a commercial double standard waffle baker with two side-by-side 7-inch round standard waffle grids. Elements are cast directly into the aluminum upper and lower grids, and programmable electronic controls with a timer, temperature display and end-of-bake alarm keep every batch consistent. It is available for 120V or 208-240V service; select the voltage above.

Cast-In Heating & Electronic Control

Because the heating elements are cast into both grids, heat reaches the batter evenly from top and bottom with no hot spots between element and plate. The energy-efficient cast aluminum grids heat up quickly and recover fast between waffles.

The programmable electronic control shows real-time grid temperature, times each bake and sounds an audible alarm at the end of the cycle, so staff can work other tasks without overbaking.

The baker plugs in with a 4-foot cord: 120V: 1,800 W, 15 A, NEMA 5-20P; 208-240V: 1,352 / 1,800 W, 6.5 / 7.5 A, NEMA 6-15P.

Allow headroom for the lid to open to 19 inches and set the unit on a level, heat-resistant counter.
