Star QCS3-950H Conveyor Toaster, 950 Slices/Hour, 3" Opening

The Star QCS3-950H is a countertop conveyor toaster that turns out up to 950 slices per hour on a 14" wide belt (3 slices side by side) through a 3" product opening. Quartz infrared heaters provide top & bottom toasting, and a forced convection system keeps the exterior cool to the touch. It is available for 208V or 240V service; select the voltage above.

Quartz Heat & Forced Convection

Quartz infrared heaters reach operating temperature faster and toast more consistently than traditional sheathed elements. A forced convection system circulates pre-heated air into the toasting chamber, which raises productivity and keeps the cabinet cool, extending the life of critical components.

The 3-inch opening handles buns as well as bread. A heavy-duty motor with a drive chain and a belt tension system gives smooth, quiet, reliable conveyor operation, and a power saver switch cuts electricity use by 75% during slow periods.

Installation & Utility Requirements

The toaster ships with a cord and NEMA 6-20P plug and needs a matching receptacle at the voltage ordered (208V: 3,200 W, 15.9 A; 240V: 3,200 W, 13.8 A).

Set it on a level counter with room at the front for loading and at the discharge side for finished product. Keep the air intakes clear so the convection system can cool the cabinet.
