Star Ultra-Max® HCT13M Horizontal Contact Toaster, Metal Chain Belt, Analog Controls, 1,400 Buns/Hour

The Star Ultra-Max® HCT13M is a horizontal contact toaster that caramelizes up to 1,400 bun halves per hour. It uses a heavy-duty wire mesh (metal) conveyor belt and analog controls. This listing is for 208V service.

Contact Toasting

The conveyor carries each bun half across an aluminum toasting platen that spreads heat evenly across the full belt width, sealing the cut surface so sauces do not soak in. Infrared elements above the belt warm the crown and heel sides at the same time. The gap between belt and platen adjusts for any bun thickness.

An extended belt with a sloped platen makes loading easy, and the deep toasting return handles products up to 7 inches long. Non-stick PTFE sheets on the platen reduce cleaning, and the crumb tray and toast slide remove for cleanup. No ventilation hood is required.
