Star-Max® 515TGF 15" Electric Griddle, Snap-Action Thermostat, 1" Steel Plate, 208/240V
The Star Star-Max® 515TGF is a 15-inch countertop electric griddle with a highly polished 1-inch thick steel plate. A 4,000-watt incoloy element and snap-action thermostat heat the plate, for 4,000 W at 240V (3,004 W at 208V). The griddle is hard-wired and operates on 208V or 240V service.
Heating & Temperature Control
The plate has its own 4,000-watt incoloy sheath element controlled by a snap-action thermostat inserted into the griddle plate 3/16 inch from the cooking surface. The thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 450°F and reacts quickly to changes in plate temperature when product is loaded.
Double-wall construction keeps the exterior cooler and allows installation within 1 inch of combustible surfaces, which helps in tight lines. The 1-inch plate spreads heat evenly and holds it between batches.

Installation & Utility Requirements
The griddle is hard-wired at installation through the junction box at the rear. It operates on 208V or 240V single-phase; have a licensed electrician size the circuit from the amp ratings above.
Use the supplied 4-inch legs on a non-combustible countertop, or a stand at least 27 inches tall on a combustible floor. Keep the back and both sides at least 1 inch from combustible surfaces.
