Stainless Steel Oval Thali Platter, 17", Maharaja Style Thali Plate

This 17" oval stainless steel thali platter is the large-format plate used for Maharaja-style and prix-fixe thali dinners, where a full meal of breads, rice, several curries, dal, raita and dessert is laid out on one plate. The oval shape gives room for eight to ten katoris plus a stack of roti or naan down the centre.

Made from commercial-grade stainless steel with a rolled rim, it stacks flat, runs through the dish machine and will not chip, stain or react with acidic food. It is the standard choice for Indian restaurants, banquet halls and caterers who serve thali as a set menu.
