The Southbend TVES/20SC is a TruVection electric convection oven: double deck, standard controls. It draws 30 kW, 208V 1-Ph, delivering even, fan-driven baking and roasting for commercial production.

TruVection Low-Profile Convection Design

The Southbend TruVection TV-Series is a low-profile convection oven at 27-1/4" tall per deck, built to fit under hoods and in tight lines where a full-height oven will not. It keeps commercial convection features: stainless steel front, sides and top, dependent glass doors that open 180° and a dual door seal system.

A two-speed fan moves air evenly through the porcelain, coved interior for consistent baking, and the stay-cool heavy-duty door handle keeps loading safe during service.
