Southbend PCG50B/SI Platinum Gas Convection Oven, Single Deck, Bakery Depth, Standard Controls, Independent Doors, 54,000 BTU
The Southbend PCG50B/SI is a Platinum gas convection oven: single deck, bakery depth, standard controls, independent doors. It is rated at 54,000 BTU/hr, delivering even, fan-driven baking and roasting for commercial production. Available in natural gas or liquid propane; select the gas type above.
Platinum Series Convection Technology
Southbend Platinum Series convection ovens use a two-speed fan to move heated air evenly through the cavity, so full loads bake, roast and reheat uniformly from rack to rack. A forced cool-down mode brings the cavity temperature down quickly between products.
Southbend's patented plug-in, plug-out control panel slides out for service access, and the coved, fastener-free porcelain interior is easy to wipe down. Glass doors with a dual door seal system open a full 180° and help hold heat in during loading.
