Southbend PCE75B/TD-V Platinum Electric Convection Oven, Single Deck, Ventless, Bakery Depth, Touch Controls, Dependent Doors, 7.5 kW
The Southbend PCE75B/TD-V is a Platinum electric convection oven: single deck, ventless, bakery depth, touch controls, dependent doors. It draws 7.5 kW and is available for 208V/240V, 1 or 3-phase service, delivering even, fan-driven baking and roasting for commercial production.
Platinum Series Convection Technology
Southbend Platinum Series convection ovens use a two-speed fan to move heated air evenly through the cavity, so full loads bake, roast and reheat uniformly from rack to rack. A forced cool-down mode brings the cavity temperature down quickly between products.
Southbend's patented plug-in, plug-out control panel slides out for service access, and the coved, fastener-free porcelain interior is easy to wipe down. Glass doors with a dual door seal system open a full 180° and help hold heat in during loading.
