The Serv-Ware UCF-72-HC-T puts 18 cubic feet of freezer space right under your counter, across a full 72 inches, so fries, proteins and desserts sit where the cooks actually use them. It suits busy lines, bars and quick-service kitchens that want to cut trips to the walk-in.
A 5/8 HP compressor with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (3.88 oz. charge) and 6,200 BTU/h of refrigeration capacity holds the cabinet between -10°F and 10°F. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet and draws 6 amps.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Holds a true freezer range. Set anywhere from -10°F to 10°F and read the cabinet at a glance on the digital LED display driven by an electronic thermostat.
- Defrost takes care of itself. The unit defrosts automatically every 6 hours and evaporates the meltwater on its own, so there is no drain pan to empty.
- Doors that close behind you. Self-closing doors swing shut when a cook walks away, yet stay open once pushed past 90° while you load a case.
- Simple gasket swaps. The magnetic door gaskets pull out and press back in without tools.
- Made for a kitchen floor. Stainless steel outside, painted aluminum with ABS side panels and a 304 stainless floor inside, and one PVC-coated wire shelf per door.
