This 48-inch stainless undercounter freezer holds 12 cu. ft. and doubles as a work surface on top, keeping the line compact without trips to the back.

Inside is 12 cu. ft. of storage held between -10°F and 10°F by a bottom-mounted 1/2 HP compressor on R290 refrigerant (3.53 oz charge, 3,800 BTU/h). It runs on 115V at 2.4 amps and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet. Overall size is 48-3/16" wide, 29-7/8" deep and 35-1/2" high.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Real storage under a work top. 12 cu. ft. is enough to stock a station for a full service, and the top is free for prep or a countertop appliance.
• Easy-to-read temperature. An electronic thermostat with a digital LED display lets cooks check and set the temperature at a glance.
• Defrost that takes care of itself. Automatic defrost every 6 hours and automatic evaporation of the melt water mean no drip pans to empty.
• Doors that close behind you. Self-closing doors swing shut on their own, yet stay open once pushed past 90° while you load.
• Quick gasket swaps. Magnetic door gaskets pop out and in without tools, so a torn gasket is a minute’s job.
