This 46-inch refrigerated top rail keeps eight small pans of ingredients cold and within arm’s reach, which suits sandwich shops, taquerias, salad bars and pizza counters that want a make-line without buying a full prep table.

The rail holds 8 included 1/6-size pans at 33°F – 41°F. A 1/4 HP compressor running on R290 refrigerant (3.17 oz charge, 1,100 BTU/h) handles the cooling and plugs into 115V, drawing just 3 amps. Overall size is 46" wide, 17-7/16" deep and 13-1/2" high.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Ingredients where the hands are. Eight 1/6 pans line up across a 46" footprint, enough for proteins, cheeses and a full set of toppings on one compact line.
• Cold that holds during service. The 33°F – 41°F range keeps sliced produce, sauces and proteins in the safe zone while lids come on and off all shift.
• Stainless inside and out. Type 304 stainless steel on both the interior and exterior stands up to acidic toppings and daily wipe-downs.
• Hands-off defrosting. An automatic defrost every 6 hours helps keep frost from building up around the pans.
• Light on power. At 3 amps on 115V, it runs from an ordinary outlet without special wiring.
