For drink stations where ice gets scooped all day, the Serv-Ware SWUC-120H is a tidy answer. This undercounter unit makes half cube ice, a smaller cube that fills cups evenly and packs well around soft drinks and blended beverages, and keeps it in its own built-in bin. Quick-service counters, cafes, juice bars and small restaurants are the natural fit.

Rated output is 120 lb of half cube ice per 24 hours with a 40 lb built-in storage bin. A 1/3 HP air-cooled refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant does the work, and the unit runs on standard 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power (400 W) with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
