If your customers fill their own cups at a fountain or your bar runs through ice quickly on game nights, the Serv-Ware SWM30-700H is built for that pace. This 30" wide modular head makes half cube ice, which packs well in cups and moves easily through dispensers, at a volume suited to busy quick-service restaurants, bars, convenience stores and cafeterias.

Rated output is up to 700 lb per 24 hours. It runs on 220V, single phase (1,500 W) and uses a 1/4 HP air-cooled refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant. Size is 29-15/16" W x 23-3/8" D x 22-1/4" H. Add a separately sold storage bin; a scoop and internal ice baffle are included.

Before it arrives

• Pick a bin: the head does not include storage, so order a compatible ice bin (or dispenser) sized for your peak use at the same time.
• Power: rated 220V, single phase; confirm the circuit and receptacle with your electrician.
• Water and drain: plan for a potable water supply and a floor drain near the location; filtration is a good idea in hard-water areas.
• Airflow and leveling: leave open space around the air-cooled cabinet and level it with the adjustable front legs.

Warranty

Three years parts and labor on the entire unit, plus five years on the compressor and evaporator (parts only), from Serv-Ware. Coverage is for commercial use in the United States.
