Serv-Ware SWM30-700F 30" Air-Cooled Modular Ice Machine, Full Cube, 700 lb/24 hr, 220V

Sitting between the mid-size and the high-volume models, the Serv-Ware SWM30-700F suits busy restaurants, sports bars, catering kitchens and hotels that outgrow a 500 lb machine. This 30" wide modular head produces full cube ice, the dense, clear-looking cube bartenders prefer because it melts slowly.

It is rated at up to 700 lb of ice per 24 hours, runs on 220V single phase (1,500 W), and uses a 1/4 HP air-cooled refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant. The head measures 29-15/16" W x 23-3/8" D x 22-1/4" H. A storage bin is sold separately; a scoop and an internal ice baffle are included.

Before it arrives

• Pick a bin: the head does not include storage, so order a compatible ice bin (or dispenser) sized for your peak use at the same time.
• Power: rated 220V, single phase; have an electrician confirm the circuit and receptacle before installation.
• Water and drain: plan for a potable water supply and a floor drain near the location; filtration is a good idea in hard-water areas.
• Airflow: air-cooled, so give the cabinet clear space and keep it away from fryers and ovens.

Warranty

Three years parts and labor on the entire unit, plus five years on the compressor and evaporator (parts only), from Serv-Ware. Coverage is for commercial use in the United States.
