Serv-Ware SWM30-1000F 30" Air-Cooled Modular Ice Machine, Full Cube, 1000 lb/24 hr, 220V

For high-volume operations such as busy bars, banquet halls, hotels and large restaurants, ice runs out fast. The Serv-Ware SWM30-1000F is a 30" wide modular head built for that kind of demand, making full cube ice, the slow-melting cube that keeps drinks cold without watering them down.

It is rated at up to 1,000 lb of ice per 24 hours. The machine runs on 220V, single phase (2,150 W), uses a 1/4 HP air-cooled system with R290 refrigerant, and measures 29-15/16" W x 23-3/8" D x 29-1/16" H. A storage bin is ordered separately.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Ice for the whole house. Up to 1,000 lb a day covers the bar, the beverage station and the kitchen from one machine.
• Slower melt. Large, dense full cubes last longer in the glass and in coolers, so drinks stay strong and product stays cold.
• Automatic and self-limiting. The machine cycles on its own and stops when the bin is full, refilling as ice is used.
• Easy to read and see. Electronic controls with status indicators show operating status, and smart LED lighting includes a remote.
• Serviceable design. The reinforced stainless steel cabinet is durable and easy to clean, with easier technician access to the condenser and components.

Before it arrives

• Pick a bin: the head does not include storage, so order a compatible ice bin (or dispenser) sized for your peak use at the same time.
• Power: the unit is rated 220V, single phase; have an electrician confirm the circuit and receptacle before delivery.
• Water and drain: plan for a potable water supply and a floor drain near the location; filtration is a good idea in hard-water areas.
• Airflow: as an air-cooled machine it needs breathing room around the cabinet; avoid installing it next to ovens, fryers or in a tight closet.

Warranty

Three years parts and labor on the entire unit, plus five years on the compressor and evaporator (parts only), from Serv-Ware. Coverage is for commercial use in the United States.
