Four wells give a buffet or serving line room for a real spread. The Serv-Ware SWGST-4 gas steam table keeps four pans of entrées and sides hot through lunch and dinner, making it a natural fit for cafeterias, buffets, school and church kitchens, and caterers working a full menu.
4 wells, each heated by its own 3,100 BTU burner, add up to 12,400 BTU/hr in total. The wells are 8" deep to take 6" deep food pans, and the spec sheet lists a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Four menu items, one station. Each of the four wells has its own burner and valve, so you can match the heat to every dish.
- Ready at the turn of a knob. A standby stainless pilot keeps each burner ready to light without fuss.
- Space to plate. A 7" wide full-length cutting board gives servers a clean surface for portioning.
- Bigger pans, fewer refills. 8" deep wells take 6" deep food pans.
- Tidy storage. The stainless under-shelf keeps lids, ladles and backup pans off the floor.
Choosing your setup
Gas type: the SWGST-4 is available built for natural gas or for LP; choose the gas your kitchen uses above. The burner rating is the same on both; only the supply pressure differs.

|---|---|---|
| Natural gas | 12,400 BTU/hr | 4" W.C. |
| LP | 12,400 BTU/hr | 10" W.C. |
