Serv-Ware SWER-24 24" Electric Range with Standard Oven, 4 Hot Plates, 13.6 kW, 208V

Not every kitchen has gas, and not every kitchen has room. The Serv-Ware SWER-24 puts four electric hot plates and a full oven into a 24-inch footprint, which makes it a good match for compact lines, cafes, prep kitchens and satellite locations without gas.

Four separate hot plates in a 2.6 kW and 2 kW combination sit above a static oven with top and bottom elements and a thermostat from 112°F to 500°F. The oven cavity measures 20-1/2" W x 24" D x 13-7/8" H. The whole range is rated 13.6 kW on 208V, 60 Hz, single-phase power, drawing 65 amps, and is hardwired.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Two heat levels on one top. The mix of 2.6 kW and 2 kW plates lets you keep a sauce at a gentle simmer on one side while you sear or boil on the other.
• A real oven underneath. Top and bottom elements in the static cavity handle roasting, baking and finishing, with its own separate controls.
• Stable and solid. A welded frame, stainless front and high-density insulation keep the range steady and hold heat in the oven.
• Cleaner surroundings. A pull-out crumb tray with an angled front handle catches debris before it reaches the floor.

Before it arrives

• Power: a licensed electrician must hardwire the range to a dedicated 208V single-phase circuit sized for 65 A; no plug is supplied.
• Ventilation: install under a commercial hood following your local code.
• Space: plan for 24" x 33-11/16" x 56-7/8" (W x D x H) and room in front to open the oven door fully.
• Delivery: ships at about 330 lb, so arrange a liftgate or dock and enough hands to move it into place.

One year parts and labor on the entire unit from Serv-Ware, valid in the United States for commercial use.
