When chips are part of every plate, a small warmer means constant refilling. The Serv-Ware SWCW-46 gives you 46 gallons of warm, ready-to-serve tortilla chips in the same 26-1/2-inch-wide footprint as the 26-gallon model, just taller. It suits high-volume Mexican restaurants, arenas, stadium stands, movie theaters and busy bars that sell nachos all night.

Capacity is 46 gallons, with an adjustable rear thermostat that covers 90°F to 190°F and a fan that pushes warm air through the whole load. It plugs into a standard 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase outlet with the supplied cord and NEMA 5-15 plug and draws 12.5 amps.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• More service between refills. Nearly double the volume of the 26-gallon unit lets one crew load it before service and keep scooping through the rush.
• Even warmth top to bottom. Forced-air circulation and high-density insulation keep the deep load evenly heated instead of hot at the bottom and cool on top.
• Gentle on chips. The internal baffle eases chips down toward the scoop area to cut breakage and waste.
• Easy front-of-house scooping. The front door drops into a handy shelf, and the illuminated on/off switch shows at a glance that the unit is running.
• Quick cleaning. Top doors, front panel and bottom baffle come out without tools, so crumbs and oil residue are easy to clear.

• Delivery: ships at about 156 lb, so have two people ready to unpack and level it on the adjustable legs.
