Warm, crisp tortilla chips are the first thing guests taste at a Mexican restaurant, a cantina or a nacho stand, and the Serv-Ware SWCW-26 keeps a full day's supply ready to scoop. It is a 26-gallon bulk chip warmer with a sloped front and wide top-loading doors, sized for taquerias, bars and concession counters.

The cabinet holds 26 gallons of chips and runs on a standard 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase circuit, drawing 12.5 amps through the supplied cord and NEMA 5-15 plug. A rear-mounted thermostat adjusts from 90°F to 190°F, and a fan moves warm air through the load so chips heat quickly and evenly.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Chips stay warm, not stale. Fan-circulated heat reaches the whole batch, and high-density insulation in the stainless cabinet helps hold temperature between refills.
• Fewer broken chips. An internal baffle slows the drop from the hopper, so you scoop whole chips instead of crumbs at the bottom.
• A built-in scooping shelf. The front door opens down to form a ledge, giving staff a spot to fill baskets without spilling on the counter.
• Loading in seconds. Wide doors on top let you pour in a fresh case at once, and the sloped front closes securely after each scoop.
• Tool-free cleanup. Top doors, front panel and bottom baffle all lift out without tools for a quick wipe-down at closing.
