CFC-free foamed-in-place insulation and a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system maintain consistent food-safe temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. The hinged insulated cover helps retain cold air during off-peak hours, while the electronic thermostat with LED digital display provides precise temperature control.

This unit ships ready for service, including twelve (12) 1/6-size plastic food pans, a cutting board, and casters installed (two with brakes). A slide-out condenser, self-closing door that stays open past 90°, and full-length integrated handle make daily operation and maintenance efficient.
