If your menu leans on roasting, baking and finishing trays of food in batches, the Serv-Ware SECO-2201-V gives you a dependable electric convection oven that can grow with you. It suits cafes, bakeries, schools and restaurants that want even, fan-driven heat without running a gas line, and units can be stacked with the SECO STK stacking kit when you need a second deck.
It runs on 220V, 60 Hz, single phase and draws 53 amps. An electronic controller sets the cavity anywhere from 149°F to 550°F, a two-speed fan drives the hot air across the pans, and a 60-minute bell timer keeps track of each bake. Inside, 11 removable rack rails spaced 1-5/8" apart give you flexible positions for the 3 chrome wire racks supplied.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Watch without opening. Double-layer heat-resistant glass in the doors plus a chamber light let you check browning without letting the heat out.
- Two fan speeds. Use the higher speed for roasting and browning and the gentler speed for delicate items that can be pushed around by strong airflow.
- Simple timing. The 60-minute bell timer rings when time is up and can also be switched off by hand; indicator lights show when the oven is heating and when it is on standby.
- Easy to keep clean. The stainless steel cavity has rounded (arced) corners that do not trap grease, and the stainless door seal holds up to daily use.
- Service-friendly. The control panel is hinged at the front, so a technician can get to the components without moving the oven.
- Room to grow. When volume increases, a second unit can be stacked on top using the SECO STK stacking kit (sold separately).
