The Serv-Ware ETG-24 is a 24-inch electric griddle for kitchens that want a real flat top without a gas line or a big hood budget for open flame. It is a comfortable size for breakfast spots, diners, delis and snack bars that run a few orders of pancakes, burgers or cheesesteaks at a time.

A 3,560 watt stainless steel element on 208V service heats the 1/2" thick steel plate, giving you a 24" x 15-1/2" cooking surface. Thermostatic control from 150°F to 570°F lets you dial in the heat for each item rather than guessing with a simple on/off switch.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Real temperature control. A thermostat from 150°F to 570°F holds the plate where you set it, so results stay consistent through a rush.
• Quick to come up to temperature. The 1/2" steel plate heats quickly, so you can switch it on shortly before service instead of hours ahead.
• Splatter stays on the griddle. 3" steel splash guards on the back and sides keep grease off the wall and neighboring equipment.
• Simple cleanup. The fully welded plate has no seams to trap food, and the grease pan pulls all the way out for emptying and washing.
• Easy to read at a glance. Separate power and heat indicator lights tell your staff when the unit is on and when the element is cycling.
• Sits level on any counter. Heavy-duty 4" stainless steel legs adjust from 3-1/2" to 5-1/2" for leveling and cleaning underneath.
