Serv-Ware EST5-2 72" Electric Hot Food Table, 5 Open Wells, Undershelf & Cutting Board, 220-240V

Five hot wells in one line is what high-volume buffets, cafeterias and banquet operations need to keep the line moving. The Serv-Ware EST5-2 is a 72" stainless steel electric hot food table that holds five pans of food at serving temperature, with a removable cutting board along the front and a full-length undershelf for backup product and supplies.

Each of the five open wells accepts a standard-size pan and has its own infinite control, adjustable from 120°F to 200°F. The table runs on 220-240V single-phase power at 16 A and comes with a 6' cord and a NEMA 6-20P plug.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Every well on its own dial. Each of the 5 wells has an independent infinite control, so mashed potatoes, gravy and fried items can all sit at the temperature that suits them.
• A complete line in one table. Five wells in 72" let you run a full entrée, sides and sauce lineup without pushing two smaller tables together.
• Standard pans drop right in. The open wells take standard-size steam table pans, so you can use the pans you already own (pans are not included).
• Prep and plating space up front. The removable cutting board gives servers a spot to plate, portion or set down trays, then lifts off for cleaning.
• Storage underneath. A 430 series stainless undershelf keeps backup pans, lids and utensils within reach of the line.

Before it arrives

• Power: have a 250V, 20-amp NEMA 6-20R receptacle installed within reach of the 6' cord before delivery.
• Space: the table is about 72-5/16" wide and 29-1/2" deep; check the path from the delivery door to the serving line.
• Pans and options: standard-size pans are not included; order a sneeze guard, sanitary guard or casters at the same time if you need them.

Warranty

1 year parts and 90 days labor on the entire unit from Serv-Ware, counted from installation (up to 18 months from shipment), for commercial use in the United States.
