Serv-Ware EST4-2 58" Electric Hot Food Table, 4 Open Wells, Undershelf & Cutting Board, 220-240V

If your serving line already has 208-240V power, the Serv-Ware EST4-2 is the four-well hot food table to look at. It gives you a 58" stainless steel station with four open wells, a removable cutting board and a storage undershelf, ready for cafeterias, hospital and school lines, hotel breakfasts and catering kitchens that hold several hot items at once.

Every well takes a standard-size pan and has its own infinite control with a 120°F to 200°F holding range. This model runs on 220-240V, single phase, drawing 14 A, and comes with a 6' cord and NEMA 6-20P plug.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Every well on its own dial. Each of the 4 wells has an independent infinite control, so mashed potatoes, gravy and fried items can all sit at the temperature that suits them.
• Standard pans drop right in. The open wells take standard-size steam table pans, so you can use the pans you already own (pans are not included).
• Higher-voltage version. Running on 220-240V keeps the amp draw to 14 A for four wells, a good match for kitchens wired for 240V equipment.
• Prep and plating space up front. The removable cutting board gives servers a spot to plate, portion or set down trays, then lifts off for cleaning.
• Storage underneath. A 430 series stainless undershelf keeps backup pans, lids and utensils within reach of the line.

Before it arrives

• Power: you will need a 250V, 20-amp NEMA 6-20R receptacle within reach of the 6' cord; this is not a standard wall outlet.
• Pans: standard-size steam table pans are ordered separately.
• Options: order a sneeze guard, sanitary guard or casters together with the table if your health inspector or layout calls for them.

Warranty

1 year parts and 90 days labor on the entire unit from Serv-Ware, counted from installation (up to 18 months from shipment), for commercial use in the United States.
