The Serv-Ware EST4-1 is a 58" four-well electric hot food table for operations that serve a full hot line on standard 115V power. Think school and corporate cafeterias, buffet restaurants, banquet halls and caterers who want four hot dishes held side by side on a solid stainless steel stand with a cutting board up front and storage below.

Each of the four open wells takes a standard-size pan and has its own infinite control, holding 120°F to 200°F. The table is rated 2,000 W and 17 A at 115V and comes with a 6' cord and a NEMA L5-30 twist-lock plug.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Every well on its own dial. Each of the 4 wells has an independent infinite control, so mashed potatoes, gravy and fried items can all sit at the temperature that suits them.
• Standard pans drop right in. The open wells take standard-size steam table pans, so you can use the pans you already own (pans are not included).
• Prep and plating space up front. The removable cutting board gives servers a spot to plate, portion or set down trays, then lifts off for cleaning.
• Storage underneath. A 430 series stainless undershelf keeps backup pans, lids and utensils within reach of the line.
• Runs on 115V service. This version is built for 115V, so it is a practical choice where 208-240V outlets are not available on the serving line.

Before it arrives

• Power: the NEMA L5-30 plug needs a matching 30-amp, 125V twist-lock receptacle; have an electrician install one before delivery if you do not already have it.
• Pans: standard-size steam table pans are not included.
• Space: allow about 58-3/16" of width and 29-1/2" of depth, plus room for servers to work behind it.

Warranty

1 year parts and 90 days labor on the entire unit from Serv-Ware, counted from installation (up to 18 months from shipment), for commercial use in the United States.
