Three wells is the sweet spot for a lot of cafeterias, school lines and small buffets: a protein, a starch and a vegetable, all held hot and ready. The Serv-Ware EST3-1 is a 44" stainless steel electric hot food table that does exactly that, with a removable cutting board up front for plating and an undershelf below for backup pans and supplies.
The three open wells accept standard-size pans and each one has its own infinite control, holding food between 120°F and 200°F. It runs on a regular 115V outlet through a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, rated 1,500 W and 12.5 A.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Every well on its own dial. Each of the 3 wells has an independent infinite control, so mashed potatoes, gravy and fried items can all sit at the temperature that suits them.
- Standard pans drop right in. The open wells take standard-size steam table pans, so you can use the pans you already own (pans are not included).
- Prep and plating space up front. The removable cutting board gives servers a spot to plate, portion or set down trays, then lifts off for cleaning.
- Storage underneath. A 430 series stainless undershelf keeps backup pans, lids and utensils within reach of the line.
- Steady on any floor. Adjustable stainless steel feet level the table on sloped or uneven floors so pans sit flat.

Before it arrives
- Power: plugs into a standard 115V outlet with a NEMA 5-15 receptacle; give it its own circuit if other heated equipment shares the wall.
- Pans: standard-size steam table pans are ordered separately.
- Mobility and guards: if you want casters, a sneeze guard or a sanitary guard, order the options at the same time so everything arrives together.

1 year parts and 90 days labor on the entire unit from Serv-Ware, counted from installation (up to 18 months from shipment), for commercial use in the United States.
