For a small buffet, a catering setup or a concession window, the Serv-Ware EST2-1 keeps two hot items ready to serve in a footprint just 30" wide. It is a two-well electric hot food table built from stainless steel, with a removable cutting board on the front and an undershelf for supplies, so it works as a compact, self-contained serving station.

Each well holds a standard-size pan and has its own infinite control, with a holding range of 120°F to 200°F. The table runs on 115V power through a 6' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug; Serv-Ware rates it at 1,000 W and 12.5 A.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Every well on its own dial. Each of the 2 wells has an independent infinite control, so mashed potatoes, gravy and fried items can all sit at the temperature that suits them.
• Standard pans drop right in. The open wells take standard-size steam table pans, so you can use the pans you already own (pans are not included).
• Prep and plating space up front. The removable cutting board gives servers a spot to plate, portion or set down trays, then lifts off for cleaning.
• Storage underneath. A 430 series stainless undershelf keeps backup pans, lids and utensils within reach of the line.
• Steady on any floor. Adjustable stainless steel feet level the table on sloped or uneven floors so pans sit flat.

1 year parts and 90 days labor on the entire unit from Serv-Ware, counted from installation (up to 18 months from shipment), for commercial use in the United States.
