When grilled sandwiches are a real part of your sales, a double press doubles your output without doubling your counter space. The Serv-Ware EPG-200GG puts two grooved cast iron presses side by side, with ridges on both the top and bottom plates for bold grill marks on every panini, Cuban, grilled cheese or pressed wrap. It suits busy delis, cafés, sandwich shops, food trucks and bars that need to keep up with a lunch line.
At 22-7/16" wide, it runs on 115V power and Serv-Ware rates it at 15 A and 1,750 W for each grill section. The temperature is adjustable from 120°F to 570°F, so you can melt slowly or sear hard depending on the bread and the filling.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Double the throughput. Two independent presses let you run two orders at once or keep one side ready while the other cooks.
- Classic marks top and bottom. Grooved cast iron on both plates gives the striped finish customers expect from a panini.
- Even, steady heat. Cast iron holds temperature well, so back-to-back sandwiches cook consistently through a rush.
- Easy for any shift. Cool touch handles and separate power and ready lights take the guesswork out of operation.
- Simple cleanup. A removable crumb tray catches crumbs and drips so you can wipe down quickly at close.

Before it arrives
- Power: Serv-Ware lists 15 A per grill section, so do not plan to run both sides from one shared 15-amp outlet; have dedicated 120V circuits ready.
- Counter space: allow about 22-1/2" of width plus room above the unit for the top plates to swing open.
- Clearance: keep the back and sides clear of walls and combustible surfaces so heat can vent.
