Serv-Ware EPG-200GF Double Electric Panini Grill, Grooved Top & Flat Bottom Cast Iron Plates, 115V

Some menus need a grooved press, others need a flat surface; the Serv-Ware EPG-200GF gives you both in a single machine. It is a double panini grill with a grooved cast iron top plate and a flat cast iron bottom plate, so sandwiches get grill marks on top while the bottom browns evenly, and the flat lower plate also works well for quesadillas, flatbreads, wraps and toast. Busy cafés, sub shops, bakeries and bars that sell more than a handful of sandwiches an hour will appreciate the extra width.

The grill is 22-7/16" wide and runs on 115V power. Serv-Ware rates it at 15 A and 1,750 W for each grill section, and both sections adjust from 120°F to 570°F. That range lets you keep a gentle heat for melting cheese or push it high for a fast, crisp crust.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Two presses side by side. Cook two different orders at once, or fill both sides during a rush to keep tickets moving.
• Grill marks on top, smooth browning below. The grooved upper plate marks the sandwich while the flat lower plate gives full contact for even color and crisp edges.

• Counter space: allow about 22-1/2" of width plus room above the unit for the top plates to swing open.
• Clearance: keep the back and sides clear of walls and combustible surfaces so heat can vent.

Six months on replacement parts from Serv-Ware, counted from installation (up to 12 months from shipment); labor is not included and coverage applies to commercial use in the United States.
