Serv-Ware EPG-100GG Single Electric Panini Grill, Grooved Cast Iron Top & Bottom Plates, 115V

A compact panini press is one of the easiest ways to add a hot, crispy menu item without a full cook line. The Serv-Ware EPG-100GG is a single-sandwich grill with grooved cast iron plates on the top and bottom, so every panini, grilled cheese, wrap or quesadilla comes out pressed, heated through and marked with those classic grill lines. It is a natural fit for coffee shops, delis, cafés, bars and concession stands that want a quick sandwich program on a small counter.

The grill plugs into a standard 115V outlet (NEMA 5-15P) and draws 15 A at 1,750 W. Temperature is adjustable from 120°F up to 570°F, which covers everything from gently warming a wrap to searing a thick pressed sandwich. The footprint is just under 17" wide and about 14-9/16" deep.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Grill marks on both sides. Grooved cast iron on the top and bottom plate gives sandwiches the same striped finish front and back, which looks great on the plate and in the display.
• Heat that holds. Cast iron soaks up heat and gives it back evenly, so the second and third sandwich in a rush cook like the first.
• Wide temperature dial. Run it low for melting cheese inside soft bread or crank it toward 570°F for a fast, crunchy crust.
• Safer for staff. A cool touch handle lets your team open and close the press without reaching for a towel.
• Easy to tell when it is ready. Separate power and ready lights show at a glance that the grill is on and up to temperature.
• Quick cleanup. A removable crumb tray catches drips and crumbs so closing down takes a couple of minutes.

• Counter space: allow roughly 17" of width and enough room above the unit to lift the top plate fully open.
• Clearance: keep the back and sides clear of walls and combustible surfaces so heat can escape.

Six months on replacement parts from Serv-Ware, counted from installation (up to 12 months from shipment); labor is not included and coverage applies to commercial use in the United States.
