Game days, fairs and lunch rushes call for volume. The Serv-Ware EHS-02 holds up to 200 hot dogs and 60 buns, so stadium stands, convenience stores, cafeterias and event caterers can keep a big line moving without cooking to order.
Steam from an 8-quart reservoir heats franks and buns, with a temperature range of 85°F to 175°F and 15 to 45 minutes of pre-cooking time. It draws 1300 watts and 11 amps at 115V through a NEMA 5-15P plug, and measures 18-1/4" wide, 14-1/4" deep and 15-3/4" high.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Big holding capacity. Room for 200 hot dogs and 60 buns means fewer reloads during peak hours.
- Quick service. Top loading lets staff pull a frank and a bun in seconds.
- Better buns. The steam control plate helps keep buns soft without turning them soggy.
- Long run time. An 8-quart reservoir and a front drain valve make filling and emptying easy.
- Built for the counter. Stainless steel construction with power and heating indicator lights.
