Hot dogs sell themselves when they are plump, hot and ready the moment someone orders. The Serv-Ware EHS-01 steams up to 100 hot dogs and keeps 48 buns soft and warm, a natural fit for concession stands, convenience stores, ballparks, school events and snack bars.

An 8-quart water reservoir produces steam for both compartments, with temperature control from 85°F to 175°F and a pre-cooking time of 15 to 45 minutes. It runs on 115V, 1300 watts and 11 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and measures 18-1/4" wide, 14-1/4" deep and 19-1/4" high.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Serve straight from the top. Top loading makes it quick to drop in franks and grab buns without opening the whole unit.
• Moist, not soggy. A steam control plate helps you tune how much steam reaches the buns.
• Fewer refills. The large 8-quart reservoir keeps steaming through a long event.

Warranty

6 months replacement parts only from Serv-Ware (labor is not included). Coverage runs six months from installation, up to a maximum of 12 months from shipment, for commercial use in the United States.
