When a half-size countertop oven needs more muscle than a 115V outlet can give, the Serv-Ware ECO-66 steps in. It runs on 208V at 2800 watts, which suits busy cafes, bakeries, sandwich shops and catering kitchens that keep the oven loaded and want it to come back to temperature quickly between batches.

It holds four half-size sheet pans on four removable chrome racks, with a manual control from 150°F to 500°F and a 0–120 minute timer. Electrical is 208V, 60 Hz, single phase, 14 amps, with a NEMA 6-20 plug. Outside it measures 22-7/8" wide, 22" deep and 20-1/8" high.
