The Serv-Ware ECO-47 gives you real half-size sheet pan capacity on a countertop, and it plugs into an ordinary wall outlet. Bakeries, delis, coffee shops and caterers use an oven like this to bake muffins and cookies, warm breakfast items or bring frozen product up to temperature without tying up a full-size range oven.

Four removable chrome racks hold four half-size sheet pans. A convection fan keeps the air moving, and the manual control covers 150°F to 500°F. It draws 1600 watts and 14 amps at 115V through a NEMA 5-15P plug, in a footprint of 22-7/8" wide by 22" deep and 15-7/8" high.

• Room for a proper batch. Four half-size sheet pans at once lets you bake a full tray of cookies or pastries in one go instead of rotating small loads.
• Even color across the trays. Forced air convection spreads the heat through the cavity so the top and bottom racks finish closer together.
• Easy for any shift. A manual temperature dial and a 0–120 minute timer keep operation simple, with lights for power and ready.
• Efficient heat. A double-wall insulated body and dual-pane glass door hold the heat in and let you watch the bake.
• Simple to clean. Stainless steel inside and out, and the four chrome wire racks lift out for washing.

Warranty

1 year replacement parts only from Serv-Ware (labor is not included). Coverage runs one year from installation, up to a maximum of 18 months from shipment, for commercial use in the United States.
