Not every kitchen has room for a full-size oven, and not every menu needs one. The Serv-Ware ECO-21 is a compact countertop convection oven that takes three quarter-size sheet pans, which makes it a handy fit for cafes, coffee shops, concession stands and small restaurants baking cookies, reheating pastries or finishing small batches.

A fan moves hot air evenly around the cavity, and a manual dial sets the temperature anywhere from 150°F to 500°F. It runs on a standard 115V, 1440-watt, 12-amp circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and it measures 18-5/8" wide by 19-1/4" deep and 14-7/8" high.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Even results from a small box. Forced air convection circulates heat around every rack, so a tray of cookies bakes more evenly from front to back.
• Simple to run. A manual temperature knob and a 0–120 minute timer mean staff can pick it up without training.
• Know when it is ready. Indicator lights show when the oven is powered and when it has reached temperature.
• Heat stays inside. Double-wall insulated construction and a dual-pane glass door hold the temperature and let you check the bake without opening up.
• Built for daily use. Stainless steel inside and out, a cool-touch aluminum handle and three removable chrome wire racks that pull out for cleaning.

• Counter space: allow about 18-5/8" x 19-1/4" plus room around the sides and back for air flow.
• Pans: sheet pans are not included, so order quarter-size pans to suit.

Warranty

1 year replacement parts only from Serv-Ware (labor is not included). Coverage runs one year from installation, up to a maximum of 18 months from shipment, for commercial use in the United States.
