For a busy 60-inch line, the Serv-Ware CB60-HC gives you a sturdy equipment stand and a refrigerator in one footprint. Sit a griddle and charbroiler side by side on top and keep the ingredients for both in the drawers underneath. It is a natural fit for grills, sports bars and family restaurants with a full-length hot line.
Two drawers give you 8.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage at 33°F – 41°F, cooled by a 1/5 HP compressor with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It runs on 115V at only 2.1 amps through a NEMA 5-15P plug, and stands about 26" tall so your equipment stays at a comfortable working height.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Two jobs, one footprint. It replaces a separate equipment stand and a reach-in, freeing floor space elsewhere in the kitchen.
- Room for a wide line. The 62" overall top is rated for 450 lb of countertop equipment.

Before it arrives
- Power: a standard 115V grounded outlet with a NEMA 5-15P receptacle near the unit.
- Casters: the casters ship loose; fit them before the base goes into position and before any equipment goes on top.
- Location: install indoors in a climate-controlled space with good airflow; the manufacturer advises against placing it next to a high-heat source without proper air circulation.
