The Serv-Ware CB48-HC turns a 48-inch run of countertop equipment into a cooking station with its own cold storage built in. It suits burger joints, breakfast spots and taquerias that run a 36" or 48" griddle and want ingredients stocked right below the plate instead of across the kitchen.

The cabinet offers 6.5 cu. ft. of storage across four drawers, held at 33°F – 41°F by a 1/5 HP compressor on R290 refrigerant. Power is a simple 115V, 2.1 amp connection with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and the whole unit measures 50" wide by 31-7/8" deep.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Stock the line once. Drawers hold a shift’s worth of proteins and prep under the equipment, so cooks are not leaving the station mid-rush.
• Built to hold equipment. A stainless steel frame supports up to 450 lb on top.
