The Serv-Ware CB36-HC puts refrigerated drawers directly under your griddle or charbroiler, so proteins and prepped ingredients sit an arm’s length from where they are cooked. At 38" overall it is the compact choice for food trucks, small diners, cafés and tight hot lines.

Inside is 5.1 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage held between 33°F and 41°F by a 1/5 HP compressor running R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet (NEMA 5-15P) and draws just 2.1 amps, so it does not need a dedicated high-amp circuit.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Cold product where you cook. Two drawers keep burger patties, chicken and sliced vegetables right under the cooking surface, cutting steps on every ticket.
• A top that carries real weight. The stainless steel framework is rated for 441 lb, enough for a countertop griddle, hot plate or fryer.
