Grass, gravel, pavers or a sloped lawn at a wedding venue can stop ordinary casters in their tracks. The MagiKitch'n MagiCater LPAGA30T solves that with two tall 14-inch casters at one end and two swivel casters at the other, so you tip it and roll it like a wheelbarrow-style cart. It suits off-premise caterers, golf courses, wineries and event venues that grill outdoors in different spots. Outdoor use only; made in the USA.
Under the hood are four 20,000 BTU/hr steel burners, one every 7 inches, for 80,000 BTU/hr (23.44 kW) across a 29" x 24" broiling area. Each burner has its own valve, with stainless steel radiants and a crossover pilot tube system for safer lighting.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Goes where the event is. Tall 14" non-swivel casters handle rougher outdoor surfaces, while the two locking swivel casters steer and park it.
- Hot and gentle zones. Individually operated valves let you sear on one side and hold or finish on the other.
- Roll-top flexibility. The 30" smoke & roast roll-top hood turns the grill into a roaster or smoker when the menu calls for it.
- Packed for travel. A propane tank caddy and all-weather covers are included, so the LP version is a self-contained cooking station.
- Simple teardown. Slide-removable water/grease pans and an 8" front stainless work deck make service and clean-up straightforward.
Choosing your setup
Gas type: choose natural gas or liquid propane above. The LP version runs from a 40 lb. LP tank in the caddy (spare tanks are available as an accessory), ideal for off-site events; the natural gas version connects to a fixed outdoor gas line through the pressure regulator. Undershelves, an 11" griddle plate, a 15" steamer system and 30" wind/splash guards are optional.
| Gas | Connection | Connections |
|---|---|---|

Before it arrives
- Outdoor only: operate it in the open, not under a canopy, hood or covering, and keep combustibles out of the space beneath.
- Natural gas hookup: a mobile grill needs a flexible commercial gas hose with quick disconnect and a restraint cable, plus a manual shut-off valve on the supply, installed by a qualified technician.
- LP setup: leak-check the tank connection before each event and keep the regulator reachable from the front.
- Delivery: about 300 lb shipped in a carton around 49" x 44" x 42"; plan for a liftgate.
